Technical Delivery Manager
Octiga, the Microsoft 365 management and security platform designed by MSPs for MSPs, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager
We’ve nailed our product vision, and our platform is growing. But to scale it right, we need someone to own engineering execution: drive sprints, unblock devs, and make sure our roadmap runs on time and with quality. That’s where you come in.
You’ll take over day-to-day delivery leadership — so our Head of Product can focus on strategic vision and design. You’ll be the bridge between ideas and outcomes, making sure the engine runs smoothly.
Who We Are
At Octiga, we help MSPs secure Microsoft 365 faster and smarter — with simple, automated tools that cut out the noise. We’re a lean, design-led team with strong product direction and a growing customer base of Managed Service Providers across the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Run delivery cycles: planning, grooming, standups, retros, and release reviews
- Coordinate execution across multiple Jira projects (already cleanly structured by product area)
- Ensure tickets are refined, ready, and flowing smoothly
- Track progress and remove blockers for engineers
- Keep everyone informed and accountable — without micromanaging
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product (based in Sydney) to align work with strategic goals
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to run our engine
- Support a remote team of engineers working across time zones
Who You Are
- You’ve managed technical delivery in SaaS or B2B product teams
- You understand agile, but you also get things done pragmatically
- You’re fluent in Jira and know how to keep a backlog in shape
- You’re a great communicator who can align engineers, product, and leadership
- You have a technical background (not necessarily coding now, but can speak dev)
- You’re confident managing remote/distributed teams
- You care about user experience and product quality, not just shipping tickets
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with MSPs or in security/IT tooling
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or PSA tools
- A background in both delivery and light product ops
About Time Zones
Our product leadership is based in Sydney, and our engineering team is spread across Europe. We're looking for someone who works in a time zone with good overlap with both regions — typically somewhere between UTC+2 and UTC+10.
🕑 This is a delivery coordination role, so some real-time collaboration is important. You don't need to be online 24/7, but a few hours of daily overlap with both Europe and Australia is essential.
