The Evolution of Octiga Is Coming

Over the past several years, we've had thousands of conversations with MSPs about Microsoft 365 security. We've listened to what works, what doesn't, and how managing security across multiple customer environments can become difficult.

One thing has become increasingly clear: Microsoft continues to add more powerful security capabilities, while MSPs continue to manage more customers, more users, and more complex environments. The challenge becomes operationalizing security consistently across every customer, every day.

This has been our primary focus as we've worked on the next generation of Octiga.

Rethinking the Octiga experience

We've been taking a fresh look at how MSPs interact with Octiga. Every single workflow. Every little interaction. Every part of the experience. We've been asking ourselves how we can make it easier for MSPs to understand what's happening across their customer environments, identify what needs attention, and take action without adding more complexity to their day.

The result is a significant evolution of the Octiga platform.

Simply calling this a new interface or a fresh coat of paint would be a massive understatement. We're rethinking how the platform works so that Microsoft 365 security can be operationalized more intuitively than ever before, and we're pretty excited about it!

In October 2026, we'll introduce the next evolution of Octiga.

Over the coming weeks, we'll share more about what we've been working on, why we decided it was time for a change, and how we're thinking about the future of Microsoft 365 security for MSPs.
